Privacy Policy
InDemand Software may ask you to
provide information that personally identifies
you or is otherwise personally identifiable in
certain circumstances, including for example when
you down load, update or upgrade products, or
ask for additional information (“Personal
Information”). Examples of Personal Information
are your name or business name, mailing address,
phone number, e-mail address and zip code.
InDemand Software uses your Personal Information for
two primary purposes:
- To help you quickly find products, services or information on InDemand Software.
- To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services from InDemand Software.
InDemand Software will not sell or rent your Personal Information, but InDemand Software reserves the right to share your Personal Information with Valued Partners. This may include cases where (1) sharing your Personal Information is required to provide the product or service you have requested, or (2) InDemand Software needs to send your Personal Information to companies which work on its behalf in order to provide you a product or service (which companies will not have any right to use your Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist InDemand Software). InDemand Software does not endorse any type of e-mail marketing from any of InDemand Software's affiliates. To better improve the quality of InDemand Software's affiliate base and infrastructure, InDemand Software takes a firm position against all affiliate e-mail based marketing activity. If you've received an unsolicited e-mail from an affiliate of InDemand Software, please report it immediately by forwarding a copy of the e-mail to abuse@indemandsoftware.com.
In addition to collecting Personal Information, InDemand Software may set and access InDemand Software's “cookies” on your computer. A cookie is a small amount of data, often including an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your computer’s browser from a web site and stored on your hard drive. However, your browser has modifiable preferences which allow you to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set.
